Willow House SALE!!!

One of my favorite Willow House products is the Framework Urn.  I personally have two of these on top of my entertainment unit.  Not only are they a beautiful black wrought iron but they are fantastic to display ornaments or my favorite way is with the moss balls (as shown below).  It is even beautiful with the lid off displayed to the side and a tall arrangement coming out of the top.  The framework urn is on sale right now for $41.96 and that qualifies you for an item that is $40 or less 1/2 price.

Willow House - Savannah Beverage Server

The Savannah Beverage Server is one of my favorite Willow House products!  This beverage server is so elegant and beautiful but is one of the best on the market.  OK, so that is my opinion but I've heard this from many people who have used it and purchased it too.  First, look at the stainless steel spout.  You can't go wrong with stainless steel and I've found everyone loves wrought iron which makes a statement piece of its own for this beverage server.

Willow House Weekly Deals!

Willow House has 15 weekly deals that you will want to check out!  I must highlight three of my favorite deals (more like steals).  The first deal is the beautiful Gallery Serveware.  It retailed for $59.95 for this set but this week it is on sale for only $16.96.  White is such an elegant color to use for serving food but it also means it is versatile because you can pair this serveware set with any color you already have.

The second deal I wanted to share was Petite Bud Vases for only $6.96!  This set is adorable!  Because these come in a set of three they make great gifts.  I have used these in the past with cut fresh flowers from my yard and then I instantly have 3 beautiful gifts.  However, this time of year I don't have fresh flowers to cut so I just go to the local grocery store and purchase some flowers, cut them to size to fit in each vase and have three instant, easy and and inexpensive gifts.  These also are great for makeup brushes, pens/pencils by the phone or desk and so much more.

Meet Willow House Roxy!

Isn't Roxy simply adorable?  I LOVE Roxy the Reindeer from our new Willow House collection.  What a cute addition she makes to the top of any gift, on your Christmas tree or even simply hanging by herself with a cute ribbon as displayed above.  Roxy is the same on both sides so when she is displayed hanging she is beautiful from all angles.

Willow House even have a few coordinating pieces.  The Roxy Reindeer party plates are as cute as they are functional.  They will definitely add festive fun to your holiday.  A friend told me she was going to make cookies for Santa with her children and use these Roxy Reindeer plates for Santa's cookies.  What a fun idea!

Give Thanks Table With Willow House

November is typically a month where we take time to reflect on what we are thankful for.  It has become a tradition in many families to state on Thanksgiving day to set aside a time for everyone to voice what they are thankful for.  Others take the month of November and give one thanks to represent each day of the month.  The point is we need to be thankful for what we have and remember how truly blessed we are.

I love this tablescape with the give thanks banner on the front.  How absolutely cute!  This banner is backed with burlap and then material with the letters stenciled on them.

This beautiful Lady Jane Bottleneck vase has become a favorite of many.  It looks fabulous with the orange tiger lilies but can easily be a stand alone product too.  It is simply stunning and comes in two sizes!

Bill Shaw, CEO of Willow House says, “We decided that rather than just combine two similar companies and come up with a new name, that this was an opportunity for us to reinvent a new company.”

Why Willow

So why Willow? “We wanted a fresh start, and that begins with a new name, one that would encompass and welcome both companies, along with all of our consultants and clients, but also inspire the excitement of a new beginning,” Shaw says. The word willow gives the feeling of ‘welcome’ and ‘family.’ Plus, the willow tree is a nod to the South and the company’s Southern Living roots. Shaw and his team took the naming of the new company seriously and tested it tirelessly among a number of focus groups. “Willow was the clear choice,” says Shaw. “It’s a feminine, classic and memorable word; and we feel it reflects the demeanor and personality of our consultants, who are such an integral part of our company.”

New Direction

While the previous companies were predominantly known for cool kitchen gadgets, entertaining and organizing products, Willow House is focusing more on home décor and design. “Design is becoming the core of what we do,” Shaw says. “We have fantastic, young designers who are continually creating cutting-edge products. And now we’re including our field consultants in our design process!” Willow House is leveraging valuable input and opinions from their consultants regarding design, color palettes and what their audience is looking for. Think about it: Consultants talk to clients every day—and know what they want. And now, as a result of being engaged in the design process, Willow House consultants will be able to explain the intricacies and functions of each product, along with why and how those elements were chosen. “It’s an opportunity to enlighten our consultants—and our hosts and clients—while making the entire party process more engaging and educational,” he says. “It’s something that hasn’t been done before, and we’re excited to be the first.”
